Below are our policies, terms, and conditions. Please see below before you purchase so you will know exactly what our terms are.

  • • Domestic orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $9.00.
  • • Packages are shipped through USPS.
  • • Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • • Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and at least 2 weeks for delivery.
  • • Once shipped you’ll receive tracking information. Allow 24 hrs. for tracking information to post.
  • • Please ensure your address is inputted correctly as changes cannot be made.
  • • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or the weather.

  • • There are NO REFUNDS.
  • • If you notice an incorrect, defective, or damaged item you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.
  • • If an item is defective or damaged, pictures and a detailed email explaining the defect must be emailed to TTActivewear@gmail.com
  • • Returns are available in the form of credit or exchange (based on item availability).
  • • Customers have 7 days to return an item once delivered.
  • • Items must be returned as received; unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • • We reserve the right to deny the return if the item(s) show signs of wear.
  • • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • • Credit amount is for the total item(s) amount, excluding shipping costs.
  • • We are not responsible for any item(s) that may become lost or stolen in transit or once tracking states it was delivered.
  • • You must contact USPS to file a claim.
